BSF Process

8. Operational LEPs & Repeat Waves

This section links to information on the process and requirements for new projects and/or waves being developed by the LEP. This includes guidance on the arrangements for Strategy for Change and Outline Business Cases in an operational LEP.

Once the LEP is established in an area it will work, in partnerships with the local authority, to develop the proposals for those schemes that were not designed as part of the initial procurement.

Building Schools for the Future Investments LLP (BSFI) invests in 10% of the risk capital of each Local Education Partnership (LEP) alongside the local authority and its chosen private sector partner.
