The following FAQs relate to frameworks that PfS has procured for BSF and the Academies Programme:

Q. What frameworks have PfS procured and why?

PfS procured several adviser frameworks for consultancy services in 2005, to support local authorities in BSF to choose the right private sector partners to support them in delivering their local BSF programme. Five of these frameworks are still active.

In 2006, PfS took on delivery of the Academies Programme from the DfE. As a result of this, PfS procured a Design & Build framework for use by local authorities in procuring Academies where a full LEP is not in place.

Q. How can my company get included on the adviser frameworks?

All frameworks are procured through OJEU. Several frameworks are due for re-procurement in 2008/2009 - for up-to-date information see the Frameworks page.
