Corporate Affairs

Director of Corporate Affairs: Amy Leonard

Amy Leonard, Communications DirectorAmy joined PfS as Communications Director in January 2007. Amy oversees a team that is responsible for all aspects of communications at PfS.

Prior to joining PfS, Amy worked for the Financial Services Authority for four years, where initially she worked in public affairs before moving on to set up a team whose focus included strategic communications for the insurance sector. During this time, she was responsible for ensuring that key messages on the modernisation of insurance regulation were communicated effectively to stakeholders ranging from the insurance industry and media through to consumers and the political community.

A former Government Press Officer, Amy also worked as a political consultant, focusing on wide range of sectors, including Food & Drink; Transport; Education; and Biotechnology.

Corporate Affairs Team

The Corporate Affairs Team at PfS leads on both internal and external communications across the organisation.

External communications covers media relations; public affairs and stakeholder management; events; research; web content; and marketing. Internal communications plays a vital role in ensuring that all members of the PfS team - especially those based away from the London office - are kept up to date with organisational news and developments.
