Adviser frameworks

In 2005, Partnerships for Schools (PfS) procured seven national frameworks for advisory services to support local authorities in BSF to choose the right private sector partners to support them in delivering their local BSF programme (see press release)

The five* frameworks currently in operation are listed below, along with the timetable for re-procurement and list of framework contractors, in alphabetical order.

PfS may to choose to extend (where possible) or re-procure any framework on expiry.  No final decisions have yet been made. If a framework is to be re-procured it will be advertised in the usual manner and subject to OJEU.

* The frameworks for Team and partnership development services and Communications services have now expired and have not been re-procured.

Local authorities wishing to find out more about the frameworks and how they can be utilised should read the BSF Frameworks User Guide on the secure part of the website, which will be available shortly. Pen pictures of the framework suppliers and their fees will also be available in this part of the website to local authorities who have signed the confidentiality agreement.
