The PfS Audit Committee is comprised of four non-executive directors who meet at least three times a year. The Committee reviews the Company's financial statements before submission to the board, these include:

• the actions of management;
• internal controls and risk management;
• corporate governance;
• compliance;
• internal and external audit; and
• any other issues concerning regularity and propriety.

The Audit Committee is chaired by Stella Earnshaw and the members are Brian Rigby, Christine Davies and Richard Baldwin.
