Wave 1: First schools opened September 2008
Waltham Forest's Wave 1 BSF project, which comprises planned rebuilds and refurbishments, reached financial close in August 2007. Waltham Forest are also in Wave 5 of BSF.
Schools opened:
- Kelmscott and Frederick Bemner schools opened in September 2008.
