Project status

Wave 1: First schools opened September 2008

Leeds City Council's Wave 1 BSF project is rebuilding and refurbishing 14 schools in the area, in three phases of work. Construction began in March 2007.

Schools opened:

  • Allerton High School and Pudsey Grangefield opened in September 2008.
  • The remaining schools will be completed in or before 2011.
