BETT 2008 Review

18 January 2008

BETT, the world's largest educational technology show, was another successful event for PfS in January 2008. Our stand in the 'Policy in Practice' zone received record numbers of visitors, and we were represented in almost 30 presentations, keynotes and seminars across the four-day show.

PfS supported the new 'Future Schools' feature at Olympia 2, which showcased school environments for 21st Century learning through sponsor case studies and seminars. Tim Byles opened the feature on Wednesday 9 January - his speech can be downloaded below.

Also new to BETT was the 'Policy in Practice' dedicated seminar area was also a great success, and featured several BSF case studies from local authorities and private sector companies.

We would like to thank all of our speakers for joining us at BETT 2008 and making it such a success, and we hope that they and all our visitors found it useful and rewarding.

All of our presentations, and those of our guest speakers, can be downloaded here. For ease of downloading, some have been converted to pdfs, which you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open.
