BETT 2007 Review

10 January 2007

This year’s BETT show at Olympia was a great success for Partnerships for Schools. We sponsored the central feature, Tomorrow’s Learners Today, alongside Professor Stephen Heppell, and put on a series of seminars throughout the four days. Staff for PfS and guest speakers from local authorities, ICT providers and key agencies in BSF gave presentations and offered advice. Stephen Heppell also gave a fascinating presentation on Future Learning Environments each day, to impressive crowds. His experience in schools stretches around the world, and the daily presentations were very relevant to Building Schools for the Future.

BETT Brains

The Tomorrow’s Learners Today stand sponsored by Partnerships for Schools featured a daily-changing panel of BETT Brains – a wealth of experience and knowledge about BSF and transforming schools from public and private sector panel members, including headteachers, design advisers, education specialists and key government agencies.

We would like to thank all of our speakers and BETT Brains for joining us BETT and making it such a success, and we hope that they and all our visitors found it useful and rewarding.
