BSF Networking Day, London

PfS, the DfES and 4ps hosted a day of networking and briefing for all local authorities who have been invited to join BSF in waves 4-6. Almost all LAs were represented, and were briefed on changes to the programme, Strategy for Change, and how we will allocate the local authorities in wave 4.
