BSF Voices
The following collection of film clips aims to capture the views of our most important audience: students and teachers. Ultimately, the success of BSF depends on the difference that the programme makes to them and to the wider local communities that our new schools serve.
Bristol Brunel Academy
Opened by the Prime Minister in September 2007, Bristol Brunel Academy was the first brand new BSF school, delivered through a Local Education Partnership. Here, students and teachers tell their story, comparing their old school with the new Academy.
Djanogly City Academy and Hadley Learning Community
Although not delivered through the BSF programme, both of these new build schools illustrate the difference that a new learning environment can make to a young person’s experience of school and their level of engagement.
