Tower Hamlets Council’s BSF programme covers in two phases, in Wave 2 and Wave 5. Five schools will be refurbished or rebuilt in Wave 2 - of these, St Paul’s Way Community School and Bethnal Green Technology College (BGTC) have been chosen by the Council as pathfinder schools and will lead the local programme.
