Wave 3: Selected Bidder announced September 2008
Southwark Council is in Wave 3 of BSF.
The Council is also procuring an Academy, on the site of Walworth Upper School, through the PfS Academies Framework. Balfour Beatty were announced as Selected Bidder for the Academy project in December 2007.
