Bury was originally allocated to start their BSF project in Waves 13-15.

Following the DCSF consultation on the second half of the BSF programme, there will be a reallocation exercise of those local authorities not yet in the programme. These local authorities have all been invited to submit an Expression of Interest in starting their BSF projects with a group of 4 – 5 schools most in need of renewal, with the remaining schools being rebuilt or remodelled subsequently. The revised list will be published early in 2009.  

Project Directors from Partnerships for Schools will be allocated once the project has begun.
